Scott Holmes is a Toronto-based AI automation specialist and the founder of FlowNorth.ai. With years of experience building AI systems for businesses across Canada, Scott focuses on practical automation — the kind that saves real hours and drives measurable results.
Before founding FlowNorth.ai, Scott built AI tools and automation systems for clients ranging from local trades businesses to technology companies. He has designed and shipped systems across the full stack of modern AI tooling: n8n workflow automation, AI voice agents built on Retell AI and Vapi, RAG knowledge systems using Claude and Flowise, and AI agent development using the Claude API and MCP protocol.
FlowNorth exists because most Canadian businesses are being sold AI consulting by people who read about it rather than built with it. Scott started the agency to close that gap — bringing real engineering capability to businesses that want practical results, not slide decks about the future of AI.
